At GPLForever, we strive to provide excellent products and support to our customers. Before requesting a refund, we kindly ask that you give us the opportunity to assist you by opening a ticket in our support desk. Our dedicated Support Team aims to respond to your requests within 24-72 hours, but we always strive to provide faster assistance.

When it comes to digital media, such as downloadable software, please note that there is no trial or grace period available after making a purchase. Therefore, all sales are considered final. Once you have purchased the software, it cannot be returned. Consequently, refunds cannot be provided.

However, we understand that there may be instances where the product you downloaded from our website proves to be completely unusable. In such cases, we will be happy to process a refund for you.

Please bear in mind that refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and are committed to helping you resolve any issues you may encounter. However, we also expect our customers to have a thorough understanding of their purchases and their reasons for buying them.

Certain offers may include a non-refundable clause, which will be clearly visible or linked from the offer page. Please review the specific terms of each offer before making a purchase.

Refund Exceptions:

  1. GPLForever VIP Membership Subscription: The VIP Membership is a comprehensive collection of products offered at a highly convenient price, and therefore, it is non-refundable. We discourage purchasing the VIP Membership for testing purposes.
  2. Renewals: Renewals are strictly non-refundable. However, you have the flexibility to cancel automatic payments at any time before the deadline directly from your My Account page.
  3. Duplicate Refund Requests: Requesting a refund for the same product twice will not be honored.
  4. Offers and Discounts: Offers and discounts are only valid for future orders and cannot be used to request refunds or partial refunds for existing purchases.

Please note that no returns or refunds will be offered for digital products, except in the following circumstances:

  • The product you purchased is completely non-functional.
  • The product’s main description was significantly misleading.
  • You did not download any or only a few files from our website.

In such cases, you have the option to request a refund.

We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following situations:

  • You have changed your mind about an item or subscription.
  • You made a mistaken purchase, and the product(s) have already been sent or downloaded.
  • The product was bought by your employee or someone with legal access to your PayPal account.
  • You are unable to install the downloaded product.
  • The product is incompatible with your WordPress, plugins, or web server settings.
  • The product does not function as desired.
  • The product requires a license key or activation, as indicated in its message.
  • Your website experienced issues during the product installation.
  • You did not receive technical support from GPLForever.
  • You refused to provide our support staff with access to your website to investigate the product-related issues you encountered.

Additional Notes:

  • You may cancel your account at any time, but please be aware that cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
  • If you receive a refund, you will no longer be able to use the downloaded premium products.
  • In cases where a product remains damaged even after an update, we may adjust the refund amount based on the diminished value of the product.
  • Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
